Unblocking Bathroom Sink tips

Bathroom sink now very slow to clear. Tried Buster cleaner, plunger and flexible rod. Don't think it is the u-bend as the rod seems to go round easily and doesn't bring any gunge back up. Adjacent bath runs away ok . Pipes beyond u-bend and soil pipe are boxed in. Any ideas please ?

A plumber's merchant will sell you a bottle of chemical drain unblocker which is what plumbers use - it's v toxic indeed, so handle with care. It does the job tho' - dissolves whatever gunk is blocking it up.

I got the plumber to mine, and he just used more pressure on the plunger-thing and solved the problem.
