My pavement is sssoooo dirty - do i just use bleach, washing up liquid & water to scrub it clean?

Hot soapy water and a stiff brush makes a big difference.
I did the bit outside our back door and used belach - but it would have been as good, and more eco-freindly, to use detergent.

I'd avoid bleach, purely because if you're using a stiff brush, it's likely to splash a lot, and either ruin whatever you're wearing, or get on your skin.

a pressure washer is ideal - if you have a large area to do it might be worth investing in one. they're useful for other jobs around the outside, too (car wheels, walls etc)
