Bathroom floor - how to make it look clean?!

Hi been living here for a year and the floor was newly installed. It is Lino. It just never looks clean. Any cheap remedies? I swear it was white with blue pattern. Photo included.

I'd give it a good scrub with a brush using floor cleaner and bleach making sure yourjnse the floor properly afterwards. It should bring out the white in the flooring and make it look much brighter.

I knew it was my lazy arse magic mop cleaning. Scrubbing brush it is already have the bleech!

In what way does it not look clean? It might just be the pattern and no end of cleaning helps with that. If you wipe the a wet piece of kitchen roll does dirt actually come out? I wondering if you're scrubbing away at just pattern.

Anyways. I clean my bathroom floor with a scrubbing brush and some washing liquid. I the dry it off and mop it with some diluted zoflora.
