I'm going to have to do this and probably by text as he doesn't answer the phone, but I can't think how to word it. He just isn't very reliable and hasn't been in two months. I want to keep it short and sweet, but can't think what to put. Any ideas?

How about "Please take no x, y Street off your list, we don't need the service anymore. Thanks."
