When people use vinegar to clean things - what kind of vinegar do you use and where do you buy it from. I'm assuming not malt or red wine vinegar....

Just plain white vinegar, sloshed in hot water, wipe the windows with a cloth and buff with a newspaper. Come up a treat.

Distilled malt vinegar is colourless without the cost of white wine vinegar.

Where do you buy it from? Is it with the other vinegars in the supermarket? I'm sorry if I'm sounding dim...

Does anyone use a vinegar/water mix for cleaning quartz worktops? I've tried a spot test with pure vinegar and all seemed ok...

Thank you! Know what I'm looking for now....
