Anyone gutting the house now the kids are back at school?

Ive got 6 weeks of dust and clutter to sort out.

All on my own then...sigh...guess id better begin.

Ah, you see, that's what appeals to me. Someone telling me what to do!

I am too. 6 weeks of holidays and 8 years of children clutter. I look at the fly lady thread and I'm scared! They are doing so well

my dts are guttign the house, decluttering by dvd shelves, cd racks, the fireplace, my cupbaords...gutting the whole house because the older two are back at school and they are bored.

I am decluttering my online photo album just now LOL, havent quite moved form the seat

I am going to get DD's playroom sorted tomorrow. She will not be able to complain about what gets thrown out then.

I started today after the shock of my first going off to school, Im doing a good job so far I think, except ds's bedroom I just shut the door on that one

Anyone get it done or started today? i did downsairs and now you cant get upstairs Have to work on that over the weekend.

i've done loads of sorting and painting, now i want to buy lots of new things!

Did the conservatory yesterday - where all toys are....

today have dusted 2 bedrooms and changed bedding and rearranged furniture in ds room.

feeling very satisfied with myself

oh and also used my new lawn edger tool to sort out some of the edges on my lawn...

now knackered!

Well I have got the kids to do their room today, and ive worked my way to the bottom of the stairs...its glistening upstairs.
Downstairs needs done agggaaainnn, going to quickly run over it now and stuff everythign that hasnt got a home in a box just so it looks good for starting the week ahead
