Karndean flooring. Better or worse than ceramic tiles?

Experiences please!

Well I have Karndean in the hall, downstairs loo and study and I love it. Easy to clean ( admittedly I've never actually used the proper Karndean cleaning stuff!). Hall and loo has been down 6 years and still looks like new. I have tile in the bathroom and don't like as much it cos the grout gets grubby and it's not as easy to sweep and mop clean.

Much easier to keep clean than tiles

Better. You can drop glasses (and iPhones) on it and they don't always smash....
