How often do you replace your quilt and pillows?

I've just changed the bedding and though our quilt is fine the pillows are looking a bit flat and lifeless and they were bought last Summer, supposedly those Rebound ones too.
How often do you replace them. The kids' look the same.
How often do you launder the quilts as well?

I wash my pillows. Supposed to be tumbledried afterwards, but I don´t have one so just put them out in the sun. sponge filled ones come up a treat, feather ones smell a bit dodgy when wet, but dry up just fine. Quilts I hang out on the line every month or so for a good airing, don´t really wash them unless they get very grubby. used to when we lived in london though, one because there was no way of hanging them out to air in small flat with tiny garden, and two because i could do it in the launderette for a fiver. here the only option is a dry cleaners, which would cost about 20 quid, so only really worth it if your duvet is mega posh and expensive.
