Cleaning rust from fabric ?

Any tips ? Need to clean the hood of a buggy that has somehow gotten rust and greasy looking marks on the hood while being stored . TIA

Try lemon juice and salt.

I tried everything as some white canvas plimsolls I had got rust dripped on them under a sink! Nothing worked until I bought rustins remover liquid and it took about 2 seconds Amazing stuff
