We need a new table - dh and ds2 have ruined ours (long story!) and I have an ikea gift are for £100. If we out £59 to it we could get the above table so it could seat up to 8.
Anyone got one?
Easy to use?
Last well?
Thanks!

That should say put £50 to it!

I've got one and have been really happy with it. It's easy for one person to extend and put back. The surface is already marked, but that's my fault for not covering it when dd has pens & glue out.
Mine only fits six extended though - its the oval one. Maybe rectangle is larger?

We have the round one which extends to an oval. As pp said it only fits six comfortably when extended to the oval shape. You may be able to squeeze eight depending on ages and how big their elbows are!
It's a fab table though and in the birch veneer, which we have, does not show dirt too much Grin Very handy.
It's really easy to extend and has lasted really well.

Yes, we have the round one too. I love it - I think it looks far sturdier than the price would suggest.

We've had 8 round it, but 2 were children and sitting on the corners. The legs would get in the way if you sat 8 adults round it.

We've had a rectangular one for 9 years I think. It's great. Sturdy. Seats 6, 10 at a push.
It's marked with bits of evidence of years of cutting and sticking but still looks fine.
