Are they worth the £££? Which one should I get or does a normal iron do much the same for less?

I got a morphy richards this one just before xmas and love it.
It has cut my ironing time in half and since I hate ironing, this can only be a good thing.

I never had one before and don't think I will ever go back to a normal iron.

Ooh that looks good and cheaper than the ones I was looking at on John Lewis site. I hate ironing too so anything that is quicker will help.

Definitely. I bought my Tefal on offer in curry's in May 2007 and it's still going strong. It makes ironing much quicker and easier, although I still avoid ironing if possible. Grin

For most things, I only iron on one side and that is enough. The only things that I iron on both sides are jeans and thick jogging trousers.

I'm on my second and love them both. I would never go back to an ordinary iron.

My son, who's in the armed forces and has loads of ironing to do, used my steam generator whilst at home one time and decided it was the best thing since sliced bread. He promptly stole borrowed it, so I had to buy another.

Which one do you have Scarfaceace? There are so many to choose from!

My current one is a Phillips GC7330 and I'm very happy with it. I've had it about 4 or 5 years so don't know what the newer model would be.
