Help! Can I un-shrink a merino jumper? It's still wet...

will it stretch at all or is it properly felted? it depends on whether it's 100% merino and whether or not that wool has been treated, but sadly i think there won't be much you can do once it's properly felted

I'm sure I read something on here ages ago about soaking woollen stuff overnight in cheap hair conditioner. I have to admit, I bought the conditioner ages ago but not had chance to do it!

I have been known to squeeze into a wet shrunken wool jumper to stretch it back to body size.

Well DH has declared it "not too bad" so he is going to try and squeeze into it. Let's hope he can breathe.
