Help - Need (Cheap) Large Storage Bags

I have just wasted money buying some of those large check pattern woven plastic storage bags.

The bags smell (so I can't use them for clothes/soft furnishings storage as planned) and I've also spotted that the colour is rubbing off so will stain whatever is stored in them). The zips are flimsy and I suspect it'll be a quick race to see if they or the seams give way first.

I have some old bags of this type and they're still going strong, with no problems.

Does anyone know where I can get some more new ones of good quality which don't smell too bad and don't colour taint the goods stored in them.

I got some nice jumbo bags on eBay. Search jumbo bags there. Think mine were about 3.99 each from dot com gift shop on eBay. Bit pricey but use them for so many things all the time. No smell whatsoever.

Ikea.

I was going to say IKEA too. Colourless, semi-see-through so you know what's in them, useful large zip opening. They are strong enough to put kids toys in etc as well as clothes, bedding. We've got loads Grin

Waitrose do some big transparent storage bags. Near the bin bags.
