Getting pen out of a dress.

Dd's pen leaked on a dress and despite Vanish, has not come out. Luckily It's very small but is there anything I could try?

In the depth of my mind, I seem to remember someone once said hairspray. Just spray it on, then wash it. No idea if it'll work, but since nothing else has, I guess it's worth a shot!

Stain devils make one for ink. I managed to get the majority of a permenant marker stain out with it.

Soak overnight in baby sterilising fluid, then put through on a hot wash

Used to use milk to clean ink stains, before we had choice of specialised cleaners. I think hairspray was good for biro ink, as I remember.

Methalayted spirist (sp?) Meths, in other words works wonders on biro.

hairspray works really well for biro.
You have to spray from behind to push the ink back the way it came in first IYSWIM. Also it needs to be a very cheap hairspray with alchohol in it.

Definitely hairspray. It removed leaked biro from my cream carpets
