How do you hang out a zip up hoody?

Whichever way I hang these hoodies on the line, one part stays damp. So I thought the collective wisdom of MN can probably help me.

What's the best way to hang my dc 's zip up hoodies out on the washing line?

Upside down unzipped all stretched out.

Yup. Upside down. Unzipped.

I just put them on a hanger and hang them on the line. As long as none of the sleeves are tagled up or anything I find they dry fine.

I hang ours on a hanger (this is indoors though) and then at some point when passing I turn the hood inside out so it dries.

Outside I would hang by the bottom edge and let hood hang down. If it was a warm day I would hang it zipped up as I think it keeps it shape better, but I can be a bit weird...

unzip and hang upside down from the seams where the back meets the sides
peg peg

well that didnt work!

I zip it up and hang it upside down like I would a normal jumper/hoodie. doesn't appear to take any longer, but then I mainly hang my washing out in the morning before work and get it in after the dinner dishes have been done.

Zipped up, hood flipped over the line.

I do have offenders that down 1/2 a day longer than anything else drying because they have lined hoods - school PE ones are very thick

Tops from the bottom
Bottoms from the top
As my dear old nan used to say
That said hoods do seem to take much longer to dry
