Getting Crayola washable paint out of carpet

I've tried a carpet stain remover and it hasn't budged, in fact has spread about and looks worse. It's red too, worst colour possible! Any ideas?

Oh fuck, Erm washing up liquid? Normally a pretty good stain remover.
