Saggy old leather couch

Hi all, hoping you could suggest something to liven up our old brown leather couches? We love them and they are so comfortable with throws and cushions but they are faded and scuffed and well, saggy! Hmm

The back cushions unzip and the seats are removable. Do you think I could use brown shoe polish? Or is there something better?

You can get coloured refurbishing polish online that will cover scuffs and scratches, and I'd imagine it would be possible to top up or replace the cushions if they have zips. There are also support pads you can buy from Amazon, or elsewhere to put under existing seat cushions to stop them sagging.
