... i have been bagging and binning the poor defenceless birds and mice that my cat has slaughtered but i think a decent burial is in order really. any tips?

ermm not sure.

But does your cat have a bell on his/her collar, to try to stem the flow of dead? Cat's dont like them but they really do work.
