oh well done, I feel so much better after a good declutter session!

misdee · 25/08/2006 09:31

tomorrow when the older 2 are at grandmas we are tackling their toys.

Oh yes, make sure they are out - otherwise it'll be "but I play with that" over EVERYTHING

I regularly gleefully chuck their toys away - so much rubbish seems to accumulate in their flipping toy boxes!

LadyTophamHatt · 25/08/2006 09:33

beware misdee, that what I did before we moved.

infact it was probably 3 car boots full.

Well, youknow I'm half way through making baby no4 now...it's like we're 1st time parents again. We literally had nothing!

MegaLegs · 25/08/2006 09:35

It feels good doesn't it misdee. I am currently doing the same and have been putting loads of stuff on Freecycle, people actually come and take my junk away!! have got rid of old cot, stroller with wonky wheels (the lady said her husband could fix it), bags of clothes, books and, shhh, don't tell the kids cuddly toys.

misdee · 25/08/2006 09:39

i have 3 black bags in the loft of cuddlies, they have been up there a month and so far the kids havent noticed they have gone. so they will going as soon as i get the loft ladders sorted.

LTH, i did that with dd3, i sold all the baby stuff, clothes etc, and decided we still wanted a baby, and she was a girl
