Its a daewoo, I've looked at the manual and googled but I cant find a way to fix it. Its only a couple of months old but I got it from a shop thats only on the Internet so not easy to take it back.

has anyone had this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

is it definitely on full power? i spent ages trying to heat something up once and only realised afterwards it was on "defrost" lol

otherwise you really need to contact the retailer.

Yes I've tried all of the diffrent settings and its the same on all of them.

The microwave I had before was 10 years old and worked perfectly, I only changed it because I wanted something prettier that didnt take up half the work top I should have left it alone.

Def should have left it alone lol. We had this with two microwaves. First was very well used for sterilising bottles/heating food several times a day. Second was a second hand loaned one (after the first one stopped heating) and during a period of heavy use. Tbh we went back to our very first microwave which we'd stored in the loft as it was too small for our steriliser. It's near enough 10 years old and no problems since. Although we don't use it anywhere near as frequently.

Does it spin? If not it is a different less powerful system. We have a v expensive combi which isn't half as powerful as our basic Samsung one.

It still spins, the light still comes on then everything comes out cold. I think its just broken.
