Can I save my sheets?

I was clearing out my utility room earlier and decided to rearrange the airing cupboard. I've discovered that some of the sheets that have been in there for a while seem to have gone mouldy. I think they were tumble dried and then put away. The spots are orange rather than black so not quite sure what I've done to them!!

Any ideas as to what I can do to rescue them?

Forgot to say, they are mainly white.

I would be giving them a very hot wash with lots of napisan, see if that helps.

Thanks - will give that a go. How hot would you wash them? 60 degrees?

If they are cotton then 90/95, but I only have cotton so not sure what to do with polycotton.

I would start with a 60 wash; then hang them out in the sun to dry.

If that doesn't work then go for the 99/95 as you have nothing to lose
