I swear, my back was turned for 5 minutes...

Anyway, any handy hints?

Not really other than get scrubbing. I swear blind that stuff has bleach in it as it makes everything white. It did come out of my cream carpet eventually. I washed with normal detergent and lots of warm water then patted with a white towel to try and lift it. Then used spot cleaner later. Good luck. I'll be watching this thread with interest

Yeah, have just been scrubbing with detergent and it seems to have mostly come up. It does help, though, that the carpet is cream and in terrible condition (landlord is a tightwad), sigh.

I knew it was too quiet, next time I'll trust my instincts!

this happened to me last week, my 18 month old ds smeared it all over his carpet. i tried everything, fairy liquid, talc, scrubbing it, carpet shampoo, carpet foam, even in desperation popped some ace on it. the carpet is ruined.

best of luck hope u have more than me!!!

Been there done that, I have twins nearly 3 dd & ds they are thick as thieves when they get together (out of my sight) the other day I came home from work at 10.30pm DH getting ready for bed, the twins were in the bathroom caked in toothpaste from head to toe, in a few years time you will smile at the antics

I agree Sudocrem is terrible to get rid of, but eventually it does wear off, took ours 1yr

Have fun with the little minxs'

Oh, the toothpaste was all over bathroom floor aswell, luckily, just taken carpet up so was easy to clean, but was frustrating all the same having to re-bath twins at 11pm when sooooo tired
