how do you re.cover an old chair?

without a sewing machine! its a high backed, fireside type of chair.

Hi,

Someone else may have a more practical way of doing this but my Mum had 2 chairs recovered by a local company - it wasn't too expensive and they did a bril job. Perhaps try a Google search in your local area (We're in Colchester so don't know if that's any help?)
