Does anyone use a steam press instead of an iron ?

Is it any good ? was thinking about getting one...

I have one, and although it is good. Think I have used it 10 times in 7 years. This is probably down to not having anywhere to keep it permanently and it becomes a chore to pull it out to iron - especially as I iron as I go (slob). I have a friend who has hers out permanently on top of her chest of drawers and uses it constantly. However I tend to use my steam generator iron.

I know two people who swear by theirs and use them all the time. One has hers out all the time as her disability doesn't allow her to lift things but the other has no room to leave hers out.

I had one but I burnt myself on it repeatedly so I sent it back, I think a steam generator is quicker, easier to use and easier to store.
