Smelly chopping board

I've got a couple of those white plastic chopping boards and one of them is suddenly really smelling oniony. Any genius tips for getting rid of the smell?

Have you tried sprinkling bicarbonate of soda onto it? If it can help with smelly shoes it should help with onion smells.

Cut a lemon in half and rub over.

Soak it in a diluted bleach solution?

I thought bicarb would come up! I will try all the above suggestions until it goes. Thank you!

dishwasher?

Don't have one :(

hot water, washing up liquid, a little squirt of bleach and scrub with a pan scrubber rinse and leave in sun to dry
I do this with my wooden one
