I live on the third floor. My windows are big but open really silly, so I can't reach round enough outside to clean them. I've tried today but failed, so half of my window is filthy still, whilst the other half is clean. It's looks even worse now. I don't want to buy loads of gadgets and things, but feel I may need to. How do you clean yours?
Also, this may be a silly question, but am I too high up to get a window cleaner to do it? Do their ladders go that high? 
If they do, how do I find a window cleaner? Yellow pages?
