Spent two hours trying to recover a virginmedia e mail facility. Success which lasted a few hours. Web tells me there is a spasmodic fault. Has anyone else experienced this or any other virginmedia e mail problems? This is the third time I have had this trouble. Can't complain on site although comments are asked for. Nothing happens when I click on appropriate place. According to them there are only two comments which I don't believe.
I have a yahoo account but would like a reliable alternative. Has anyone got a suggestion for this old dear who grew up not even possessing a telephone!
