How do you store your duvets?

Mine are currently piled on top of each other in the spare room wardrobe. I've tried those vac bag things but they never seem to seal properly and it's a PITA to do.
Any suggestions welcome please (other than "why don't you try getting a life"!)

On the bed. We don't have spare ones

Mine are in the big blue ikea bags

I've only got one spare one, a single one for in case one of the dc throws up in the night. I got a thin one so it wouldn't take up much space. It's on the top wardrobe shelf, in a duvet cover.

I did see some storage bags with zips on amazon when i was looking for a plastic cover to store a mattress in. Could you put it in an empty suitcase in the loft ? or in one of those plastic boxes that you can either store under the bed or in the loft ?

Our spare double us folded in half, lengthways and underneath the mattress on DDs bed! MIL suggested that and it's a great place to store them!

In a big vacuum bag from Dunelm.
