How do you deep clean your bathroom?

I give mine a spray and wipe frequently but I need to really clean it - corners of shower frame etc. I got at it today with an old toothbrush and cif

Any tips appreciated?

I use a handheld steam cleaner. Works a treat.

I have a hand held scrubby brush and tend to get a bit happy with the bleach. I have also been looking into getting a steam cleaner though because I feel like I should perhaps stop gushing bleach over my house since I have a baby on the way!

Cillit Bang bathroom mousse is great for soap scum and bacteria. Viakal spray to get rid of mineral deposits. HG mould spray for black/orange mould.

Limescale cleaner, I wait for it to dry then Dettol spray.

I take everything out of the bathroom, and scrub every surface, polish the mirror and taps, and de-gunk the drains. I put the fabric shower curtain through the wash.
I make sure to de-clutter any baskets, get rid of anything out of date or out of season. Anything disposable (cotton swabs, balls, and face pads, floss picks, facial foam wedges) are in apothecary jars. I make sure the jars are clean, and topped up. I use a tooth brush to clean our the vents of the extractor fan.
I put in all fresh linens, top up the soap dispenser, change the garbage and refill the toilet paper holder.

I use bicard of soda for sinks, bath, shower, toilet, tiles, glass of shower. I use diluted vinager for polishing taps, mirror and buffing up shower glass with a microfibre cloth.

hire out the son who spots that a job needs doing and does it without being asked!

I use the bi-carb method also works a treat,and every time someone in the shower they have instructions to wipe the glass & tiles down after them. I do mine once a week,clean all glass shelves/wash pots/wipe down paintwork,but do toilet and toilet seat every day.

I also use bar keepers friend powder to scrub out the bath and sink, it's great for all sorts of household jobs.
microfiber cloths are great for shining up tiles.

Can I ask please, is the bi-card method okay on marble work tops?

I use vinegar for lime scale but can't use it on the bloody marble are you listening DH so that just gets wiped with a wet cloth, basin with Cif. Shower gets vinegared and wiped plus tea tree oil applied to mould via cotton buds, bath is Cif'd. Bathroom mats washed on hot and floor moped with diluted disinfectant.

We have no extractor (don't ask) but we could get one fitted. And someone broke the steam cleaner.

I like cif bathroom spray.

To the steam cleaners, how do you use them? I found just blasting steam at it didn't really clean it so much as reassure me germs were dead. When I say clean? I mean visually.
