Dishwasher :(

Had zanussi dishwasher about 7 years and always been really pleased with it. Recently tho, it isn't cleaning properly. I've cleaned filters and always use rinse aid but still leaving grubby marks. Do I need to use dishwasher salt? Recently started using finish power all all in one which says salt included?? Any ideas??

you normally get better results by using separate salt as the salt in the tablets does not activate the water softener of the machine. Did you also clean the rotor arms? I always use salt and rinse aid even if the tablets include both.

I think you need to use HG Service Engineer, and also use separate salt as suggested.
