I bought this recently. I wondered if anyone else had this and what they thought. it is a floor cleaner and handheld but I found it tricky to understand all the attachments

I do and have found similar . So far only used the attachments to clean upholstery and the main floor cleaner on our wooden floors.

I recently bought one of these when my old steam mop broke. I really like it although the floor mop isn't quite as good as my old one but it makes up for it with all the other attachments. I've used everything apart from the squeegee window cleaner one as I'm slightly nervous that the steam might crack the glass! It was brilliant on the hob and kitchen cupboard doors and the skirting boards.

Been using mine for a while now . Floor is fine , attachments are proving a bit trickier. Cleaned outside of cooker hood with the squeegee then flat cleaning head and successfully removed a lot of grease but on less greasy areas managed to remove an area of the paint surface, oops. Cleaned bathroom tiles with flat head and found that it didn't stay locked in position and came loose which was annoying as the tube it clicks into is very hot to handle and the fabric pad dislodges form the Velcro fixings. Do you use deionised/demineralised water or tap water ?
