Which steam mop? Help I'm totally confused

I currently have a vileda sponge thing to clean my ceramic tiles - long hall, kitchen and downstairs toilet but I think I'm convinced I want a steam mop as I hate using chemicals and think I would use it more regularly as the sponge one leaves it too wet so only ever wash floors before bed if I'm not too tired... I have 3 young dc including 2 toddlers so usually I am too tired.

Anyway, I'm lost as to which one. I have an amazon voucher so that would be the best place to buy it from. I've been looking at these 3 but they get a real mixture of reviews so I just don't know... help:

I hate steam mops , you need a vileda spray mop which is fantastic for tiles.

I love my Shark steam mop. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. It cleans well and dries quickly.
