I recently bought 2 very lovely copper saucepans.
After just a couple of uses they have drip and splash marks all around the outsides which look like water marks.
They are clean - washed in hot soapy water and the insides are gleaming lovely - but the copper outsides look unclean.
I have tried (having googled for advice) rubbing them with half a lemon sprinkled in coarse salt. This brings the copper up lovely and shiny but hasn't got rid of the marks.
Any advice on how to make them look lovely again would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
