can you wash memory foam mattress protectors?

Dd3 has had an accident on it and I really don't want to replace it if I can help it. It is a double one, not too thick a I have an 8kg machine. Thank you

I wash mine on a normal cotton wash and it is fine.

ive just bunged it in on a normal wash and i think its come out ok, just going to be a bugger to dry.
