After years of hankering after a huge house I've got the 5 bed detached in 1/2 an acre and it nearly kills me every week cleaning tidying, cutting grass etc.
So if I bought a three bed flat instead and got rid of all the junk, stuff etc.
Would I suddenly be really tidy because I'd have no room for all the crap or would we just kill each because of lack of space ?

Nah, you just need lots and lots of shelves and cupboards to hide it / keep it above eye level.
Combination of lots of ride-on toys, waterslides and free range guinea pig family should keep your grass under control too.

I did consider a goat :D

The really sad thing is we hve tons of storage, the toys just won't jump into the cupboards like i tell them to !

ah time for evil mummy, all toys left on floor at end of day will go into central toy bin, if at end of week, toys haven't been re homed in correct place by children, toys will be delivered to charity, by said children (they'll only not do it once!)
