I bought the Bona Spray Mop from Lakeland & I love it. My wood & tiled floors look superb.

Sativa · 10/03/2014 02:14

Oh no- should I not bother getting a steam mop now ? Blush

The bona one looks good!

I have tried 2 steam mops, they both went back to Argos.

The Bona Spray Mop is sooooo easy to use, it's easy just pull the trigger to spray & mop. No cables or waiting for water to get hot.I would never go back to steam moppnig.

How many inches is the mop head on the Bona? ( sorry, that sounds rude!) I want to compare it to the Vileda. Also do you have to use the Bona fluid or can you use any cleaner?

I've just measured the microfibre pad it's approx. 17"x5". I use the Bona woodfloor cleaner on wood, Amtico, & tiles. I suppose you could use any cleaner, but I wouldn't as I love the finish on the floor with the Bona cleaner. This mop gets under furniture too. (I think Bona is a Swedish company)

Ha ha multiple postingGrin

Thank you, that's bigger than the vileda mop.

Hmmmm I'm tempted ass we have wood floors every where. I can keep the other mop for the kitchen.

The reason I asked about using different cleaner is I really like Method almond cleaner.

Thank youSmile Thanks

I had the reveal spray mop( 25) for about a year, was great then it just snapped in half one day, just replaced it with a cheaper 15 addis spray mop from asda- its fine, fill up water bottle with tap water/cleaning solution and away u go! clean dry fresh smelling floors in no time and simply pop microfibre cover in wash when necessary!"
