Blocked toilet help?

My toilet is blocked! I have put caustic soda down it first time left it for around 20mins next time I left it for 2 hours and it still hadn't cleared

Any idea what I can do?

Have you got a mop? One of those vileda things will do the trick .Stick it down the bottom of the pan & plunge. Flush the toilet if water is going down & keep plungeing. Hopefully this will release the blockage.
