Biro- how to remove!!!

Just had a new kitchen fitted- cream gloss and the electrician has got a biro mark on one of the doors!!! How can I remove it pls x

hairspray works to remove biro from leather, not sure if it would work for gloss - I'd get back on to the electrician if I were you!
