Oven gloves

Can anyone recommend some decent oven gloves? I'm fed up of burning my hands with my current useless ones!

I have a pair of these...they are very good, you can actually use your thumbs when you have them on.

I have recently got these and find them very good in relation to heat protection. The only downside is that because they have separate thumb bits, you need to put them on the right way round. And sod's law dictates that 90% of the time I choose the wrong way at first!
