Pirate DVD's

trying to declutter & seem to have an unbeleivable amount of copy DVDs in boxes, cases & plastic sleeves. Will anyone take them or are they only useful to keep the birds from seed? Dont want money just space

I'd just bin them. Even genuine dvds are only getting 30p on music magpie and a pennybon amazon.

Charity shops etc won't be able to sell them on, and I don't think there's much you can do in the way of recycling with that kind of plastic.

Just chuck them. The empty cases may be of use to someone - I used to work in CEX and we took them sometimes when someone had a clear out, obviously didn't give any money for them though.

You could try giving the DVDs to a local nursery or school to use in some kind of craft, like building a robot/shoe box car wheels/bird scarer, not to watch - ask them?

Freecycle them. Someone will have them, and pick them up too.
