Do you clean the doors in your house?

If so, how often? I've noticed that the doors in my house are looking a bit grubby, especially the bottoms of them. It never occurred to me to clean them before but I'm going to have to. Do others do this?

I do them every month or so but ours are white too! I dust them when I dust and clean them with babywipes. I love cleaning doors and Windows, it really brightens the place up... Yep... Sad!

They are dusted every week and wiped down with water/bleach as needed.
