Canvassing opinions on behalf of a friend........

"Hi

We are in the process of setting up a new business.

It will be a cleaning agency aimed at big one off cleaning.

Spring Cleaning
House a tip and need to try and get on top of it
After the death of a family member
Before a baby "nesting" cleaning
Cleaning up for landlords after a tenant moves out
Cleaning for Tenants to ensure return of bond
Cleaning for houses ready to go on the market
Cleaning new house before moving in

Etc, Etc, Etc

Is it something you think would be viable?

How much would you pay for this kind of clean?

All equipment and products would be supplied.

There would also be the option for a lick of paint to be arranged, small odd jobs/replacements etc?

Was thinking of targetting estate agents, letting agents etc

Any thoughts would be valued

Thanks

I have used a service like this (after building work) and will do so again. I think I paid £190 (cash) for 3 people for 8 hours each - so about £8 an hour.
