Dog puke stain on carpet - what to use?

The hound puked on my new carpet earlier tonight. Had a sleeping baby in a sling but did my best - picked up what I could, scrubbed at it with a hard-bristle brush and washing up liquid and water, soaked up water, applied fresh water, soaked that up, then repeat.

Kitchen towel is still showing yellow bile stain when I press it into the damp spot.

Any ideas what next?

I've been pretty impressed with how well Vanish carpet cleaner (the spray bottle) has dealt with cat vomit and other stains.
