Washing up gloves clip/holder?

Years ago I think it was Marigold did a give-away of a thing you stuck to the wall near your sink that was effectively a bulldog clip that you could stick the cuffs of your washing gloves into so they could air-dry and not fall in the sink! It was a tasteful yellow, well- marigold, I guess, in shape but the advantage was that the 'bulldog' clip action was just strong enough to hold a pair of gloves.

I have tried to mock similar up using bag closing clips but they're too strong so the action of pushing one side to open it up (to insert the glove cuffs) has the effect of pushing the whole thing off the tiles as it's too strong and the clip is only stuck to the tiles with a bit of double sided padded tape.

Anyone know what I'm on about? And where I can buy or replicate this marvellous bit of kit??

I did it with a peg on my blind strings the other day

In the reviews, someone says that they use this for the same. I've used other Command Strip products before and like them.

My rubber glove clip is a glamourous re-use of a Sainsbury's slipper hanger/clip. Does the job.

I stuck a command strip utensil hook on inside of the cupboard door, then hooked a wooden peg onto it, which holds my gloves. Works great.

I've got something like this - search for suction clip on ebay. Works a treat :)

Thanks for the suggestions!

Hi Tansie
Did you ever find one of the marigold clips?
My mum is searching for one.
Thanks
