To say I am incensed in an understatement. I am fucking livid. We were renting out our house (furnished) while it sold to bil, who, it would appear, moved in both his now ex girlfriend and a cat. Anyway, down south packing it all up this weekend as completing on wed, and the are fucking long scratch marks on the piano lid. Victorian heirloom piano that my gran learnt on and my mum and me too. How on earth can I get rid of them? I don't think they'll polish out as are too deep. Ideas??
