How can I remove water based childrens paint from dd's dress

So far ive tried ace in wash and vanish spray.

My DH (who used to be a formulation chemist for a paint company) says the best way to get paint out is to use washing up liquid and agitation, i.e. rub at the stain with your fingers/together after applying neat washing up liquid, rinse and repeat until most if not all the stain is gone. Be warned, if you have already tried something else and washed it, it may have already 'set' the stain. If so it may not be shiftable. Good Luck!
