I like cif / own brand cream clenser, as it's good for my baths, sinks, kitchen sink, work surfaces (depends on your material though)

I have a stainless steel sink and you can buy wirewool pink soap infused sponges- they are brilliant for "de-yuckify-ing" the kitchen sink

And those cleaning sponges you can buy - half green scouring and half yellow soft sponge

A general all purpose anti-bac cleaning spray is useful for everyday "5" mins wipe ups

J-clothes for general wiping etc

I do cheat and have the dettol cleaning wipes handy in each bathroom for quick wipeages after teeth brushing etc

A bottle of thin bleach you can dilute at your own leisure

A bucket (always useful!)

Rubber gloves

Kitchen roll

Window cleaner spray for anything glass (or a vinegar and water mix)

Bicarbonate of sofa for 101 uses

And always have in reserve in the cupboard: toilet cleaner, some of those mr muscle -type drain unblocker gels and a plug in air freshner

For bathroom and kitchen spray I normally buy what's on offer (tesco has loads on offer just now)
Tesco own thick bleach for down the loo, scrubbing floors (once a week) or scrubbing kitchen/bathroom
Dettol cause it's my fav smell so wash the floors with this or taking the mop over carpets
Cillit bang foam for shower or again ill use bleach
Polish
Fabreeze for spraying fabrics once a week
Cloths
Sponges with the green scouring bit
