Brand new oven-black burnt on stains- help!!!

I resolved to keep my lovely Bosch oven clean- and now something has spilled onto the bottom - it's all black!! Tried Jif cold oven cleaner and a pot scouser- still remains- any hints on how to remove please?

Mr muscle oven cleaner is your friend here

Try baby wipes. I kid you not.

Then buy yourself a cheap oven tray and put it in the bottom of the oven.

Not a scouser:) a scourer :) I will try all but I didn't think you were supposed to puts anything on the bottom of your oven.

Oven pride.

Bit worried about oven pride as. My oven is brand new.
