The only question I'd ask is if the ducks have been plucked while alive, because its incredibly cruel to do that but it apparently still goes on like the angora rabbits being plucked alive in the news last week.
I think john Lewis pledges all birds are plucked after death, it's worth asking duvet and pillow warehouse if they are cruelty free.
