Right dp has gone out and the house is a sh*t tip.

So I have the perfect time to get at least the kitchen really clean and tidy so that I can get up to a lovely tidy place in the morning...so why can't I be bothered?

Can't seen to get motivated at all and usually the few and far between times dp does go out I have the cleaning bug in a big way. Worst bit is I know if I got on with it then I would be able to have a nice long bath then be lovely and clean and nice (and none sweaty, tmi!)and dp might be a bit tipsy so all would be good (following on from your d/dh being great in bed etc, has given me ideas!)!

Someone (if you can be bothered to read this much) kick me off mn and tell me to get on with it please!

Nah. Have a bath, enjoy your DP's tipsyness anyway. And get him to do the cleaning up in the morning.

Lact8 · 21/07/2006 21:25

oi! move it! NOW

I did big blitz of the kitchen last night and it was lovely to get up to this morning.....back to its usual state already tho!

southeastastra · 21/07/2006 21:26

i can't motivate myself at all there's such a mess in here

neena28 · 21/07/2006 21:30

Would get dp to do i but he is working from 6.30am til 12 noon tomorrow so if i did do it at least it would stay tidy for the morning at the very least.

It isn't so much everywhere just the kitchen which is like a kitchen/dining/living room. There really is crap and toys everywhere. It never normlaly gets to this state but we have only been in the house for a couple of hours at a time all week and stuff has just been dumped.

EURGHHHHHHHHHH

Right someone send me off to do a task, southeastastra you joining me?

neena28 · 21/07/2006 21:44

Am now going to blow my cover but if I do it now I can relax all morning then have a nice afternoon with dp and the kids. Promise I will have a large glass of wine in the bath though.
